Reporting to the Manager - Clinician Assist WA, this Band 4 position is designed for someone who thrives in a multi-skilled environment, enjoys developing and maintaining external stakeholder relationships and has excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for undertaking key activities including stakeholder engagement and relationship support, delivering meticulous reports (data and written) with associated analyses, managing the Clinician Assist WA user registration process, developing and maintaining operational resources and using your critical thinking skills to support the continued refinement of the Clinician Assist program. You’ll also provide secretariat support for steering committees and working groups and collaborate closely with the WA Department of Health to ensure contractual and funding obligations are met. Employment Type: Full-time Maximum Term contract from October 6, 2025 – October 23, 2026. Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid role) Salary: Band 4 ($97,900k Plus 12% Superannuation) Core responsibilities: Support the Manager – Clinician Assist WA to maintain key relationships with the WA Department of Health and report on activities and progress related to contractual and funding obligations Provide secretariat support for the Clinician Assist Steering Committee and Advisory Group, and Health Service Provider Working Group meetings Facilitate and report on feedback sessions for the Referral Access Criteria (RAC) Project Complete reporting activities, including data reporting/analysiswrite associated analyses and responding to [JA5] data requests in alignment with KPIs and contractual obligations Manage website user registrations and provide user support Assist the Clinician Assist leadership team with audits, stakeholder engagement, and communications Identify and troubleshoot operational and technical issues, and contribute to solution development and implementation Communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures as required About you To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria: Essential experience and education Tertiary qualification in health, human services, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience) A proven history of developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Experience supporting committees or working groups Strong written and verbal communication skills and well-developed attention to detail Ability to manage reporting and data requests, including interpreting data and providing succinct and relevant analyses. Excellent customer service skills Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and problem solve with a goal/solutions focus Proficiency in record keeping, documentation and procedure development Experience working with Google Analytics (desirable) What we offer Hybrid working arrangement that combines remote work from home with office presence in our modern Subiaco office.
