Skills And Experiences BE part of the change As our Senior HRIS Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind our systems excellence — leading initiatives that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and unlock smarter decision-making. You will be responsible for: System Administration and Maintenance, configuring, testing and maintaining our HRIS platforms. Lead and support system implementation and enhancement projects. Lead and coordinate change management initiatives by designing process maps, overseeing workflow optimisation, and developing concise quick reference materials to support seamless transitions. Manage user access, permissions and security protocols. Perform regular audits and data cleansing. Support users and systems with data migrations during system upgrades and transitions. Build Power BI (or similar) dashboards and generate reports for HR metrics. Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and propose tech-driven solutions to maximise systems performance. Champion innovation (including AI) and continuous improvement advancements. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement and pain points for current users. BE part of the solution Proven experience in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Elmo, etc.) Qualifications in Data Science, Systems Management, or Human Resources desirable. Strong grasp of system integrations, data flows, and visualisation tools. Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills (Power BI or similar) Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
