Your role at St John of God Health Care You will be responsible for reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs and will assist in writing business cases, document requirements, define the full change scope in detail and assist architecture in formulating solutions. The Position Engages with business stakeholders to gather and document current and proposed state business processes. Develops and documents requirements to meet the proposed state. Analyses and documents proposed business changes and impacts. Analyses and documents possible solutions to complex business problems / issues. Analysing and understanding current business processes and determining best practice possible solutions and validating those solutions with the BA team. Assisting in designing and developing business cases to support project justification for approvals from appropriate committees and providing consultancy services on projects and work packages. Assisting, where necessary, in the production of test cases, test scripts, training materials, quick reference guides and communications as necessary. You will have a minimum three (3) years' experience in a Business Analyst position with knowledge and experience in the use of techniques and tools for business analysis. You will be results orientated, with the ability to provide consultancy level BA services and lead change initiatives, in addition to demonstrating a customer-centric approach with the ability to bring about business improvements whilst engaging, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders from all levels.
