Logan Kebabland Central Pty Ltd, trading as Kebabland , is seeking an experienced Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy kebab shop in Salisbury. This is a full-time role for someone who can lead the team, deliver excellent service, and keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Organise and manage day-to-day shop operations, including opening, closing, and customer service. Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demand. Order supplies, manage inventory, and minimise wastage. Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including setting prices and promotions. Promote and advertise our products through local marketing initiatives. Sell products directly to customers and advise them on menu options. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions. Prepare and monitor budgets to control costs and drive profitability. Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain service quality. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Skills & Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a fast food, takeaway, or quick-service restaurant management role. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and operations effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and motivate staff. Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and financial records. Knowledge of food safety standards and WHS compliance.
