Job Description - Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service -Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events - Allocate and monitor team tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth service flow -Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional and friendly service -Be able to handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner efficiently -Promote Accor service culture (Heartist) and create memorable experiences for our guests -Assist with operational set up, service and pack down -Ensure compliance with our Policies and Standard Operating Procedures -Upsell and promote hotel F&B offerings to maximize revenue -Assist the F&B Duty Manager when needed
