Reporting to the Business Manager – CEO Office, this newly created role places you at the centre of strategic operations, supporting our CEO and Executive Committee. You’ll be trusted to manage sensitive matters, drive key initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of executive functions. Day to day, you'll: Partner closely with the Business Manager – CEO Office to support executive priorities and operations. Act as a strategic liaison, confidently managing confidential communications and incoming requests. Draft and coordinate high impact briefing notes, reports, and presentations. Identify critical issues and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate. Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communication. Lead and support projects that align with our CEO’s strategic agenda, from concept to completion. Help design and deliver executive meetings, conferences, and special events.
