Our client a Tier 1 Mining Operator have an opportunity for an experienced Trainer Assessor to train frontline workers in AHS with a focus on Loader and Excavator. Training will be delivered through a combination of one on one, infield, classroom and group delivery. To be considered for this role you will ideally have a minimum of: Cert IV in Training & Assessment or part completion of. 3 years relevant experience AHS training/operating experience with experience operating Heavy Mobile Plant. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and mentor key stakeholders Ability to support a diverse workforce to meet desired outcomes Ability to prioritise and mange competing priorities Open unrestricted driver's license This position is offered FIFO Perth on an 8:6 roster on a 12-month contract initially with the potential to extend.
