Role Overview As a Zoho One Intern, you’ll work closely with our operations and technology teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and support CRM and analytics functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about cloud platforms and business systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Analytics, etc.) Support integration of Zoho tools with third-party platforms Help develop automation workflows and dashboards Troubleshoot and resolve user issues Document processes and provide training materials for internal teams Requirements Prior experience with Zoho One suite (academic or professional) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of business operations and customer management Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefits Bonus Skills Experience with Zoho Creator or Deluge scripting Familiarity with APIs and integration tools Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools
