We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated professional to join a dynamic corporate group during an exciting period of operational change. This role combines accounts payable, reconciliations, intercompany transactions and executive support. About the Role Working closely with the internal accountant, you’ll manage AP functions and assist with intercompany and bank reconciliations of a large corporate group and their entities. Alongside finance duties, you’ll support senior stakeholders with support tasks – booking files, checking facts, liaising with councils and government departments, and sourcing information from internal and external contacts. Key Responsibilities Accounts payable processing and reconciliations Bank reconciliations across multiple entities Intercompany/interdepartmental transaction management and reconciliations Booking files, fact-checking, and researching/gathering information for directors Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries About You Proven Accounts Payable and Reconciliation experience in Australian businesses Exposure to intercompany or inter-department transactions Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software Strong communication and people skills with the ability to deal with varied personalities Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines Comfortable balancing finance and support responsibilities Must live in Sydney and be comfortable travelling to the CBD What’s on Offer $70k Super per annum (pro rata) Contract to permanent opportunity Supportive team environment Varied workload in a fast-paced environment Continued growth in a successful corporate If you’re a team player who enjoys variety and can confidently balance numbers with people skills, click apply to apply directly to Scott.
