We’ve partnered with a well-established automotive dealer group who are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk / Warranty Administrator for thier role Southport site. In this role, as Warranty Clerk, you’ll be responsible for ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with service advisors and technicians to maintain the highest level of compliance and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Process warranty claims using the dealer management system UnitsIT Ensure all documentation and processes meet audit requirements Manage and resolve claim corrections and chargebacks Review and finalise old claims, addressing any adjustments or write-offs Maximise dealership entitlements through accurate warranty processing Liaise with internal stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner General office administration and filing duties About You Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk / Administrator in an automotive dealership environment Strong working knowledge of UnitsIT Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processing Proactive approach to problem-solving and minimising audit risks Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently If you have the experience and skills to excel in this role, we’d like to hear from you.
