Sales Administrator – Support a vibrant Sales & Marketing team through a mix of administration, coordination, and creativity! Shred-X are looking for a proactive and polished Sales Administrator to be the engine behind our success. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance admin precision with creative coordination. What You’ll Do • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring activities are well-organised and progress remains on schedule. • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, sales collateral, and professional presentations. • Support the design and scheduling of social media content, coordination of marketing campaigns, and updates to the company website. • Contribute to consistent and on-brand messaging across all materials. • Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments to facilitate collaboration. • Coordinate and prepare high-quality, professional business proposals • Work closely with internal stakeholders to source content and ensure alignment with client specifications and requirements. • Format, proofread, and polish documentation with consistent branding and messaging • Manage supporting resources, maintain document libraries, and oversee version control processes.
