About the Role As a Senior Leasing Executive, you’ll act as a market expert in your region, specializing in commercial leasing across retail and industrial assets. You’ll negotiate lease renewals, surrenders, make goods, new site acquisitions, and market rent reviews assuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Working closely with Transaction Managers and stakeholders, you’ll provide expert advice, strategic insights, and mentor junior team members. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead lease negotiations including renewals, new sites, surrenders, make goods, and rent reviews Source and secure new site opportunities in line with client requirements Prepare detailed market assessments and strategic recommendations Collaborate with clients, landlords, agents, tenants, solicitors, and internal teams Provide expert advice on lease documentation and market evidence Support the delivery of Integrated Portfolio Management services across client portfolios About You 3-5 years’ experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate Proven success in property and leasing negotiations Strong knowledge of lease documentation and local property markets Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Real Estate Agent License or Agent’s Representative (state equivalent) Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline (preferred) Advanced negotiation skills and strong financial acumen Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
