Description About the Role Support the Security Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across a premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise floor operations and assist with rostering. Respond to incidents, review reports, and escalate as required. Mentor and coach security officers, supporting performance management. Liaise with Centre Management, tenants, and customers to maintain safety. Handle administrative reporting and site documentation You will bring: Experience in retail environments. Proven incident management and reporting skills. Valid NSW Security Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate (essential). Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Professional presentation and calm under pressure. Availability to work: Wednesdays 07:30-18:00, Thursdays 09:00-21:00, Fridays 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-18:00. Skills And Experiences Why Glad Group?
