WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW In this role you will be the first point of contact for hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals. Support our client's niche product service division with proactive customer service via phone and email. Coordinate service requests and orders with accuracy and efficiency. Manage customer enquiries and troubleshoot technical issues. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely solutions. You will provide support across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? Have customer service experience? Even better if it’s in medical devices, healthcare or technical support 1 year in customer service, service admin or technical support is all you need to get started Excellent written & verbal communication and client relationship skills. Must have full working rights and live on the Northern Beaches or Sydney's North Shore and happy to travel to Northern Beaches 5 days a week. Working hours are 9am-5pm. INTERESTED?
