Drive and Scale Revenue for a High-Impact SaaS Work flexibly on Australia’s East Coast Join a fast-moving, no-red-tape team Build your own team - locally and internationally Some opportunities don’t just tick the boxes, they redefine them. This is one of those. Our retained client, Tandm , is transforming fire protection design with automation software that runs inside Autodesk Revit. Customers use Tandm to cut days of manual layout work to minutes, improve compliance against standards, and deliver more accurate, coordinated designs across the building and construction industry. And right now, we’re looking for a proven sales leader who will win business personally, then build and lead a high-performing team. You’ll own the full revenue motion in Australia, converting warm leads from HubSpot, LinkedIn, SEO and email nurturing, while also creating new opportunities through disciplined outbound and proactive prospecting. Who are you? You’re a commercially minded builder who builds trust quickly with a consultative approach and handles objections confidently and closes well. You’ve sold software, ideally with exposure to construction or building services. Familiarity with Revit, CAD or BIM-centric workflows helps. You’re credible with technical buyers, strong in prospecting, confident around pricing and business cases, and you’ve helped build early GTM processes like playbooks, enablement and hiring. You’re fluent in HubSpot for pipeline, automation and reporting. People are likely to describe you as quick to grasp the essentials, commercially savvy, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, energetic and goal-driven. You’re confident without being overbearing, good under pressure, resilient and proactive. You enjoy dealing with decision-makers, read both people and facts well, and approach the sales process in a methodical, well-organised way. You are open to outbound, and excellent at navigating complex deals to a close. The gig? Own revenue from day one. Run the full sales cycle with Fire Trade Contractors and Fire Protection Engineers and Consultants, lead tailored discovery and ROI cases that speak to speed, accuracy and compliance, and coordinate software demos with the Product Manager so you can stay focused on high-impact selling. A Sales Support Administrator will help with CRM administration so standards for process, data quality and cadence stay high. Build the engine. Systematise inbound and outbound programs, partner with marketing on campaigns and sequences, codify talk tracks and competitive positioning, and establish a clean, inspectable HubSpot rhythm for activities, stages and forecasts. Hire and lead. Once early targets are met, scope roles, recruit and onboard the first sales hires. Coach for execution, create enablement, set territories and incentives, and instil a performance culture that balances pace with professionalism. Develop the market. Open priority accounts, partners and events. Represent Tandm with credibility in the fire protection ecosystem, and feed voice-of-customer insights into the roadmap and content. Sell and cross-sell planned new products and features as they land. Raise the bar on compliance-led selling. Translate standards-driven value and current Revit workflows, including codes such as AS 2118, NFPA 13 and BS EN 12845, into simple commercial outcomes buyers can act on. What success looks like In the first 90 days you’ve built a qualified pipeline from warm and self-sourced leads, maintained consistent demo volume, enforced disciplined HubSpot habits, captured clear win–loss insights and refined the ICP and messaging map. Within six months you’ve closed multiple new, referenceable logos, documented a discovery and demo playbook, improved conversion and cycle time, and drafted the hiring plan for your first team members. Within 12 months you’re leading a small, coached team operating to a predictable forecast, delivering repeatable revenue from target segments and drawing pipeline from partnerships or channels. Why would you? Tandm is a dynamic, innovative company with a small, supportive team working toward a clear mission. Egos are parked, decisions are made quickly, and people jump in where needed so you can do your best work. You’ll have tools, training and support to succeed, along with the chance to scale a high-impact function from the ground up. Flexible working arrangements are available on Australia’s East Coast. Importantly, once you've fully established the beachhead, you'll grow and lead your own sales team including overseas.
