Essential Criteria • MBBS (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration. • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in Nephrology. • Advanced clinical expertise in nephrology with a focus on patient-centred care. • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, education, and service improvement.
