The Position A unique opportunity is available for a highly experienced and committed Director of Clinical Services – Adult / Older Adult Community to lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred mental health care across a regional community. This senior leadership position is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and clinical oversight of the Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health stream. The successful candidate will inspire multidisciplinary teams, foster innovation, and ensure the service meets the needs of consumers and the wider community. Essential Criteria • MBBS (or equivalent) with AHPRA registration. • Fellowship of RANZCP, with substantial experience in Psychiatry. • Significant leadership experience within clinical programs or services. • Ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams in complex service environments. • Strong skills in clinical governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement. • A commitment to education, research, and the continuous improvement of mental health care delivery.
