Essential Criteria • MBBS (or equivalent) with AHPRA registration. • Fellowship in a relevant specialty (e.g., RACS or equivalent), with substantial surgical experience. • Demonstrated senior leadership in clinical services. • Proven competence as a specialist with a strong focus on multidisciplinary care. • Experience in service development, clinical governance, and program innovation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead with empathy and integrity. • Commitment to research, teaching, and continuous improvement in surgical care.
