The Client Careers Global is a career and education international platform that is located in Melbourne. They now require an experienced and skilled Contract Administrator to join their team. The Role This is a full time role with an annual salary between $77,000 to $85,000, depending on experience plus superannuation. Your duties will include Draft review and finalize contracts, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure timely renewals and amendments. Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines and deliverables to ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal departments to understand contractual requirements and specifications. Act as a liaison between Careers Global and external clients, students and stakeholders to resolve contract related issues or queries. Identify potential risks in existing and new contracts and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal, regulatory and organisational standards. Develop and refine contract templates and process for efficiency and standardization. Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository for Careers Global Implement automated tracking systems to monitor contract milestones, expirations, and renewals Establish and refine risk management protocols to proactively address potential contract-related risks Conduct detailed risk assessments for high-value agreements. Lead contract negotiation sessions with external parties to optimize contract terms Create detailed contract performance reports for senior management for data-driven decision-making. Update and revise contracts based on evolving legal regulations to minimize the risk of disputes or penalties. Communicate changes in legal and contractual obligations to relevant teams within Careers Global. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract negotiations and execution. Provide training and guidance to team members on contract and agreements policies and best practices. Requirements At least a Diploma qualification in Law, business, or management Proficiency in contract law and ASQA's regulatory approach Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration Minimum of 3 years' experience in dealing with multi-tiered and international contract administration Minimum of 3 years proven experience working with various stakeholders, including mangers and external partners Minimum of 3 years' experience with contract law, regulatory compliance frameworks (especially ASQA and relevant state regulations) Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to educational projects and programs Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake duties and achieve agreed objectives within a team environment as well as independently applying own initiative Demonstrate ability to make decisions and act with initiative to identify and resolve problems High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
