THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic multitasker to join us as a Podcast Campaign Manager in our dynamic and diverse Digital Audio team. In this role you will step straight into a fast-paced environment where your passion for media, audio and content-creation will ensure our Podcast Campaigns are on-time, on-brand and on-voice. What you will be doing and what skills you may have: You will be a high-energy professional with a strong understanding of how your position plays a role in achieving the commercial goals of the business. You will work closely with Sales, Create, and our Podcast Partners as well as the broader business In summary: Manage the end-to-end delivery of all client podcast campaigns (and campaign extensions), campaign asset creation, campaign tracking and reporting and stakeholder management. Ongoing communication with podcast partners, talent & internal stakeholders to deliver client campaigns across the Nova Entertainment Podcast Network and broader station platforms. Manage delivery of all podcast campaign elements to ensure they are delivered on time and to a standard that sets Nova Entertainment apart from its competitors. Effectively collaborate with stakeholders across Nova Entertainment, including Talent, podcast content teams, CREATE, Ad Operations, commercial sales and finance teams. Enable and build strong relationships with Nova Entertainment podcast partners, talent and internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a similar role with a body of work you are keen to share with us Experience in campaign creation/delivery and project management. Your administrative skills are only second to your ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders! Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders – in this role these stakeholders include our customers, podcast content teams, CREATE, Ad Operations, commercial sales and finance teams. This could include quick teams chats, organising zoom meetings or ensuring written communications are succinct and inclusive. Ability to enable and build strong relationships with Nova Entertainment podcast partners, talent and internal stakeholders.
