We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint by securing new logo customers and expanding our market presence. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with TGE’s strategic goals. Sell multichannel solutions that deliver real value to customers. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with Commercial Solutions and Enablement teams to tailor customer solutions. Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations to win new business. Negotiate contracts and partnerships that maximise value for both TGE and the customer. Accurately forecast sales and maintain CRM data (Salesforce). Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless handover to Account Management. What You Bring 3–5 years’ experience in face-to-face sales or business development. Proven ability to sell complex, multichannel solutions. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel; Power BI is a plus.
