You will drive strategy, measurement, and execution across multiple channels, collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated, results-focused campaigns, including global launches and cross-channel projects. Responsibilities Lead relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering strategic guidance and measurable results. Oversee advanced paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, with a focus on scaling performance. Collaborate with CRM, social, and strategy teams on multi-channel campaigns. Implement advanced measurement strategies, turning data into actionable insights. Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements. Support business growth by contributing to pitches, audits, and media strategies. Qualifications 4 years’ paid media experience, including 2 years managing significant budgets and complex accounts. Proven results across major digital platforms; international strategy experience a plus. Strong data analysis, commercial awareness, and media planning skills.
