Job Description Growth Product Manager We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join a fast-growing, well-funded consumer scale-up that’s reshaping its industry. As Growth PM, you’ll own the customer acquisition and retention funnel end-to-end , working at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and experimentation. You’ll partner closely with the growth team to optimise acquisition, improve conversion, and design initiatives that boost retention and customer lifetime value. This isn’t about running marketing campaigns — it’s about shaping the product-led growth engine of the business. You’ll be given the remit and autonomy to experiment boldly, test and validate new ideas quickly, and double down on what drives results. What you’ll be doing: Own the acquisition funnel and experimentation strategy — from first touch through to becoming an active customer. Run structured experiments to improve conversion, optimise retention, and expand revenue opportunities. Partner with growth, marketing, and engineering to deliver product improvements that translate into commercial outcomes. Shape new initiatives such as loyalty programs, referral optimisation, and pricing model enhancements. Use data and customer insights to prioritise ruthlessly, measure impact, and focus resources on the highest-value opportunities. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a startup environment that moves fast. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C, D2C, or marketplace environment . A track record of driving growth outcomes : acquisition, retention, conversion optimisation, or revenue expansion. Strong background in experimentation — designing, running, and learning from tests to guide direction. Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, insights, and hypotheses into clear product decisions. Collaborative and commercial, comfortable working across growth, marketing, and product teams.
