Key Responsibilities Content & Campaigns Plan and post weekly LinkedIn content for the company and our recruiters Create eye-catching visuals and graphics that stand out online Write short, sharp copy that matches MAP’s voice — direct, authentic, confident Build campaigns that support business development and market positioning Brand & Design Keep the MAP Talent brand consistent across all touchpoints Produce marketing materials for events, proposals, and client packs Support recruiters with personal branding and profile optimisation Events & Engagement Coordinate MAP-hosted events and networking nights Promote and capture internal culture events for online reach Digital & Reporting Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines Track content performance and report back with recommendations Stay on top of LinkedIn and recruitment marketing trends Skills & Experience Coordinator (Full-Time, Junior): Marketing or communications degree (or similar) preferred Strong writing and creative skills Basic design experience (Canva or similar) Willingness to learn, adapt, and be hands-on Specialist (Part-Time, Experienced): Proven marketing and branding experience (B2B or recruitment a bonus) Strong design skills — Adobe Suite or advanced Canva Confident copywriting for professional yet engaging posts Ability to deliver campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision Salary: Coordinator (Full-Time): $50k–$70k super Specialist (Part-Time): Negotiable depending on days and experience Culture: We like sharp execution, zero fluff, and marketing that gets results, not just likes.
