Property Network of Australia is seeking a Project Lead – Asset Auditing to join a highly regarded asset management services provider with a strong track record across multiple sectors, including health, aged care, education, government, commercial, and infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne CBD, with interstate travel required ( up to 2 weeks away at a time ). The ideal candidate will have previous or current experience in delivering asset auditing projects and performing onsite asset inspection services, coupled with strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills. Salary : In the region of $75,000 to $90,000 DOE expenses Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in delivering asset management projects on time and within budget. Perform onsite asset audits using tablets, barcode scanners, and specialist software. Assist with project data cleansing and ensure data integrity. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service excellence. Apply strong time management to meet project milestones and deadlines. Uphold company values and work collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in project coordination or asset management, ideally with exposure to facilities or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office products. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel interstate as required.
