Launch Recruitment have partnered with a leading FMCG brand to source a Tech Lead for an initial 12-month contract, with the transformation program running until mid-September 2026. Based in Melbourne, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the rollout of a large-scale SAP and integrated systems program. This role requires a leader with a strong architecture background, confident in steering technical design, managing multiple vendors, and guiding diverse delivery teams. You’ll work across SAP ECC, SAP Commerce, SuccessFactors, Payroll, Planning, TPM, and BI/analytics solutions, ensuring integration, stability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Expect to collaborate closely with internal delivery resources, global vendors and partners across development, testing, consulting, and project streams. Key Responsibilities Own technical solution delivery from architecture alignment to deployment. Lead integration delivery (ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, APIs, EDI) across enterprise platforms and external partners. Manage and coordinate internal and vendor teams to ensure quality technical builds and timely delivery. Oversee technical governance, including design authority and architecture reviews. Support site rollouts with expert guidance during cutover and hypercare. Key Requirements Proven leadership across complex, multi-platform transformation programs. Strong architecture background with SAP technical expertise (ABAP, Fiori, PI/PO, BTP, IDocs, APIs). Experience managing large vendor teams and ensuring code quality. Track record of delivering integrated solutions across ERP, CRM, logistics, HR/payroll, and BI/reporting systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. FMCG or manufacturing background highly regarded. Availability to commence immediately.
