Job Description As Director of Finance, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager, Ownership and Leadership team to deliver exceptional financial performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function across all hotel operations (rooms, food & beverage, events, and more). Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monthly reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner with department heads to maximise revenue, manage costs, and drive profitability. Act as a key liaison with auditors, owners, and corporate stakeholders.
