As the Assistant Director, DPG Change Management you will play a critical role in providing an integrated and consistent approach to DPG internal change, communications and event management including our cultural transformation, ensuring transparency for all DPG personnel while strategically aligning outcomes to meet current and future business needs. You will be motivated by a passion for shaping outcomes for the DPG diarchy whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity and demonstrate the APS and Defence values in everything you do. About our Team DPG Headquarters provides strategic governance and assurance support to the Chief of Personnel and Deputy Secretary Defence People to enable business outcomes through our people. This is undertaken through synchronising and systemising DPG to optimise an integrated, joint and whole of enterprise approach in providing strategic people management, policy, planning and support services to Defence. DPGHQ enables the internal functions of DPG.
