About the role AGL is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Manager – Secure Delivery Enablement to lead a team of cybersecurity advisors and engineers. This key leadership role will drive secure delivery practices across our IT and OT environments, strengthening AGL’s cybersecurity posture and ensuring resilience and compliance across our technology environments. What You’ll Be Responsible For Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing secure delivery enablement team. Design and implement secure delivery frameworks aligned with AGL’s security policies and standards. Collaborate across teams to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle. Oversee secure delivery practices including requirements, design, coding, scanning, and testing. Streamline and automate secure delivery tooling across pipelines. Encourage a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, tools, and emerging threats. Provide thought leadership and represent AGL in industry and regulatory forums. Report performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role. Strong understanding of IT and OT security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead teams in dynamic environments. Expertise in secure delivery frameworks (e.g. OWASP SAMM, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK). Practical experience in secure coding and vulnerability management. Hands-on background in engineering or software development delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
