Our Client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work fulltime hours for their business. With some flexibility available for start/finish times, you will work a 38 hour working week, Monday to Friday. This role is reliant upon you having accurate computer skills, excellent time keeping skills and an eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include: Administration tasks Raising of invoices Updating systems Email management Taking calls and relaying message etc. Managing emails This is a varied role working across all aspects of an office environment with a mix of customer service, administration and accounts. Essentially you will offer: Experience working within an office environment Intermediate computer skills including - XERO, MS Excel Data Entry skills A confident communication style Capacity to work autonomously This is an immediate start.
