We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Affordable Housing to join our team and manage our Affordable Housing portfolio. This role will ensure the effective operation of the non-staffed Affordable Housing properties. As the Manager – Affordable Housing, you will be responsible for promoting and applying a positive consistent approach to the daily operational management of the following resident/client enquires and issues; admission/discharge, care and environment, complaints, dispute resolution, incident/accident reporting, resident committee functions, parish, and community special projects. Provision of service Administration and support Quality, risk and Continuous improvement Workplace health and safety About you Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Affordable Housing communities, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, residents and community organisations. You will have excellent customer service; responding to resident and family enquiries and complaints ensuring the properties are well presented and meet safety and security standards. Skills and experience Previous experience in Affordable Housing, Social work, or Healthcare sector. Ability to lead and manage the operations of multiple Affordable Housing communities. Experience developing and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals. Ability to work collaboratively and drive change. Qualification in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred. Why VMCH?
