About the role: In this role, you will take ownership of managing both CEO & CFO’s day-to-day diary, ensuring their schedule is well-organised, efficient, and runs seamlessly. You’ll play a key role in coordinating meetings, appointments, and priorities, allowing the Executive team to operate at their highest level. Your key responsibilities will include: Complex diary and calendar management Preparation of confidential reports, board papers, and presentations Coordination of meetings, travel, and high-level stakeholder engagement Supporting executives with strategic and operational initiatives What we’re looking for: Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting C-Suite or senior executives Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data management A background in property development or experience within a mid-sized business environment Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities A high level of professionalism, reliability, and confidence in handling confidential information Why this role?
