Due to the nature of its duties this is an office-based role. Reporting to the Director, SA State Office, working closely with the National Site Coordinator, the Site Coordinator is responsible for site-specific property and accommodation services across DEWR's two South Australian tenancies, which are located in the Adelaide CBD. The Site Coordinator will undertake the property management of the offices, manage local accommodation plans, onboard and offboard staff, manage site equipment, assets, building passes and be involved in WHS and emergency management at the sites. This position requires a proactive and organised individual capable of collaborating with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to resolve issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of site operations. You will assist the National Site Coordinator with site coordination policy development, and provide input to emergency management, business continuity planning, risk assessment and contribute to DEWR's Future Ways of Working policies. An important part of the role will be a focus on promoting Team DEWR culture across the sites. You will reinforce corporate messages to ensure inclusion of all locations agnostic staff. You may also be responsible for organising site activities that promote positive workplace culture and reinforce corporate messages across the offices. The key duties of the position include Responsibilities of the Site Coordinator role include: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of site-specific corporate, property and accommodation services, addressing issues as they arise. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, including workstation allocation, equipment management, and building pass administration. Collaborate and liaise with internal teams such as Property, Information Technology, and Finance, to ensure the efficient resolution of site-related issues and maintain a positive working environment. Provide input to and support the development and implementation of Work Health and Safety policies, emergency management plans, business continuity plans ensuring compliance and safety at the sites. Assist in monitoring site operations, provide regular updates and reports to the Director, SA State Office and National Site Coordinator. Work collaboratively with the South Australia State Manager to communicate across the sites, escalate key challenges and develop solution-focussed strategies. Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace by recognising and valuing diversity within DEWR. Supporting local activities that foster a positive workplace culture, including diversity events and social activities, and reinforce DEWR's corporate messages.
