Other duties as directed by the Manager Maintenance Services, commensurate with classification and training You will have Experience in the provision of Clerical services and General Office Administration functions Demonstrated experience in the use of Word, Excel and computerised databases Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including Trades persons, Management and Staff Ability to work with minimal supervision, show initiative and to organise work and priorities Ability to work in a team environment A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new concepts and undertake a diverse set of tasks.
