We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a leading organisation in the property industry, based in Perth, on a fixed-term contract. Description Manage financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers Business partnering - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting Support group reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Profile A successful Senior Property Accountant should have: Commercial Property experience is ESSENTIAL Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline CPA/CA qualified Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities - ability to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders and vice versa Experience with property management systems Job Offer 10-month contract with late September start date.
