The Role You’ll be the first impression for visitors and callers, one of the guardians to our workplace environment, and the person who makes sure our office and facilities run like clockwork. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and well-presented workspace and you won’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to keep our shared spaces looking their best. What you’ll do Be the warm, professional first point of contact for visitors, callers, and team members Look after front desk operations with efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all Own the appearance and cleanliness of kitchens, meeting rooms, reception, and communal areas, including restocking, tidying, and light cleaning duties Support the people and culture initiatives in the business such as end of month lunches, events, employee recognition programs, and social responsibility Support the Business Support Team with contractors and office maintenance Handle mail, bookings, supplies, and assist with fleet and facility coordination Gain exposure and upskill in key areas such as Finance, People & Culture, and Sales, opening pathways for future career growth Who you are A friendly and approachable professional who loves helping others and delivering excellent service Organised and reliable, with the ability to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat Comfortable communicating clearly, both in person and on the phone Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude Proud to take ownership of workplace presentation and not afraid to get hands-on with cleaning and organising tasks Trustworthy and discreet, respecting confidentiality at all times Why work with us?
