These events are the culmination of years of hard work for over 12,000 students annually. You will play a crucial role in ensuring these special days run smoothly by assisting with a variety of vital functions, including ushering, student proctoring, and managing stage and certificate tables. Successful applicants may have the opportunity to take on several different roles, contributing to a high-quality experience for all graduates and their families. About You As a currently enrolled student at The University of Queensland, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a broad range of students and stakeholders. You will have proven experience working in a team, following instructions, and using your initiative. Proficiency in languages other than English are not a requirement but will be well regarded. Availability for the December graduation ceremonies is essential (1 December –24 December 2025). You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment.
