About the role As a Team Coordinator , you will provide administrative support to the General Manager of Secretariat and Accountability. You will support the team in achieving planned deliverables and goals, while working closely with key stakeholders across the fund on a day-to-day basis. Day to day, you'll: Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager. Monitor team budget and process tax invoices through TechOne. Organise team planning days and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas and take actions and follow up as required. Process expenses and reconcile credit card transactions. Manage the team travel and coordination of team events. Assist with updates to the ART website and intranet. Redirect queries to appropriate team members and follow up on required actions. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a permanent part-time role, working 29 hours a week. There is also an expectation to come into the office at least twice a week. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Highly proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint). Ability to sensitively manage confidential issues with discretion. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work proactively and autonomously to contribute to a high-performance team. Highly developed problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
