The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will: Lead maintenance operations at one of the company’s largest manufacturing sites. Manage and mentor a trade team of 16 (fitter and electrician), fostering engagement and growth. Drive data-led reliability improvements , using CMMS and reporting tools to predict and prevent failures. Analyse asset performance data to develop predictive and preventative strategies. Deliver on KPIs for OEE, uptime, machine reliability, and OH&S compliance. Embed continuous improvement and best-practice maintenance methodologies. What You Bring Proven success in fast-paced environments such as food, beverage, packaging, or building products leading large maintenance teams Strong background in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance . Experience using data, reporting, and analysis to drive asset performance. Training in RCA, CI methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) highly regarded.
