We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to manage day-to-day operations at a commercially tenanted high-rise building in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. This is a five-day on-site role, offering hands-on exposure to a flagship property and the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the building including engineering, safety, cleaning, and vendor performance Ensure compliance across contracts, reporting, and documentation Build relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed What You’ll Bring: 5 years’ experience in facilities, property, or building operations Experience managing operations in a commercially tenanted high-rise building Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of vendor contracts, maintenance systems, and safety processes Motivation and drive to grow into more senior FM roles Why Join Us?
