Job Title: Estimator – 2-Month Contract | Residential & Hospitality Projects Job Type: Contract / Temp Contract Length: 2 Months Start Date: ASAP Industry: Construction – Estimating About the Role We’re currently seeking an experienced Estimator for an immediate start on a 2-month contract to support our team during a high-volume period. This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Class 2 residential , new builds , fit outs , and hospitality projects. You’ll be stepping into a busy environment, working across a portfolio of projects ranging up to $100M , so experience at this scale is essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and hospitality projects Review architectural and engineering plans for take-offs Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes Identify and assess cost risks Provide support to the project and commercial teams as required Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and budgets Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Proven experience with Class 2 residential , hospitality , fit outs , and new builds Experience on projects up to $100M Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) Available for an immediate start Apply Now If you’re an experienced Estimator looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
