What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with developers, BAs, and scrum teams to ensure testing is embedded in every stage of delivery. You’ll bring fresh ideas, explore new technologies, and help shape our approach to quality in a way that’s thoughtful, scalable, and future-focused. Lead quality initiatives and help us continuously improve how we build and deliver software. You’ll design and implement automated tests using tools like C#, Cypress, and Playwright, while also supporting manual and non-functional testing when needed from performance and resilience to security. Produce detailed test cases with strong experience of automated testing such as unit test, integration test, system test, end to end test. Perform manual testing and carry out non-functional testing such as performance testing, resilience testing, security testing. Actively participate in sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies, providing insights and guidance into quality and testing progress. Research new technologies available and its proper application; make suggestions/contributions for the improvement of software testing/quality/delivery. About you: You’re confident in your coding and PR review skills, and you’ve worked across all levels of testing, from unit to end-to-end. Comfortable with SQL and CI/CD pipelines (especially Azure DevOps), Communicate clearly and mentor generously when leading quality initiatives that make noticeable impact on how your team delivers software. Happy to jump into manual testing when needed, while always looking for ways to automate and improve. Balance manual and automated testing in your workflow, especially when working with cross-functional teams Curious to explore testing tools recently to improve delivery or team practices Nice to Have: Microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka, service bus).
