Here, you will bring our purpose to life by enabling our company’s businesses to achieve their technology-driven goals. The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities. Within an IT Team, Business Analyst act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. As a Senior Associate Business Analyst, you will support senior business analysts in gathering and analyzing business requirements for projects. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Demonstrating intermediate business analysis skills with research and analysis techniques Demonstrating strong understanding of process modeling and workflows Providing experience in requirements elicitation and Agile delivery framework Demonstrating basic facilitation and workshop skills Providing technical expert providing specialized advice Solving complex problems using experience, analysis, and guidance Providing daily direction and supervision to junior team members (if applicable) Planning priorities and manage workload independently Contributing to large projects and lead small-scale improvements In our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen by: Adhering to standardised business analysis processes & framework Assisting to gather and document business requirements Conducting analysis and research (e.g. systems, capabilities etc.) Supporting senior business analysts in preparing process models and workflows Participating in user acceptance testing About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
