About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to step into a pivotal advisory role, partnering with leaders and teams across the business. You’ll provide guidance on people practices, drive culture and engagement initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the People & Culture function. No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your ideas and expertise will have real impact. In this role, you’ll: Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance; Lead complex case management, including investigations and Fair Work matters; Drive initiatives to boost culture, engagement, and retention across the workforce; Mentor and support other People & Culture team members; Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and organisational change projects; and Travel to branch locations across Australia to provide on-the-ground People & Culture support. About You We’re looking for a confident HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and navigating complex workplace matters. You’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for creating a positive employee experience. Ideally, you will have: Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role with a strong ER / IR component; A sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements; Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels; Proven experience handling complex case management with confidence; and A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for workplace culture and engagement.
