About the Role As Human Resources Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting workforce planning and HR service delivery. Reporting to the Principal HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include: • Liaising with stakeholders to understand and respond to resourcing needs • Drafting and updating role descriptions • Managing recruitment and selection processes in line with public sector standards • Applying HR policies and frameworks to support business outcomes • Preparing high-quality HR correspondence, reports, and resource requests • Supporting the development and maturity of HR services across the branch About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: • Recent experience working within the Queensland Government • Proven ability to operate independently as an HR advisor • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection practices in the public sector • Sound understanding of contemporary HR management, relevant legislation, industrial agreements, and government policies • Excellent judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from multiple sources • Strong project management and relationship-building capabilities • Clear, concise written communication tailored to your audience How to Apply Please submit your application by hitting "apply now" at the bottom of this ad.
