Collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to large-scale deals and running smaller matters with autonomy. The ideal candidate: 2–4 years’ PQE in Corporate/M&A , ideally from a top or mid-tier firm. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
