The Role Based in Robina, this position will see you managing a caseload across motor vehicle, workers’ compensation, and public liability claims. You’ll guide clients through challenging circumstances, provide strategic advice, and drive claims to successful outcomes. Depending on experience, you may also support junior lawyers and contribute to the broader growth and profile of the team. About You You will have: A current practising certificate and at least 3 years’ PAE (5 years for Senior Associate level); Experience across personal injury law, ideally in motor vehicle, workers’ compensation or public liability claims; Strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice; and A collaborative approach and commitment to quality outcomes.
