HR Business Partner | Manufacturing | $130,000 | Southwest Sydney Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for partnering with leaders and supporting operational teams? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business that is a household name in its industry. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role will see you working closely with frontline leaders across production, logistics, and maintenance to deliver hands-on HR support and drive people initiatives that genuinely impact the workforce. Key Responsibilities Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on all aspects of people management. Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and case management. Support and guide performance management and workplace culture initiatives. Interpret and apply industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements. Partner with managers and stakeholders to influence and implement HR strategies that support operational success. Support Adhoc HR Operations as needed. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role, ideally within a blue-collar, unionised or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace investigations. Confidence in interpreting and applying enterprise agreements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
