This is an end-to-end HR generalist role/ business partnering role that will allow you to make a significant impact! Key Responsibilities: Work with leaders across the business to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals. As are global company you will lead some of the global P&C initiatives across the company ie rems, implementation of systems & new processes & business improvement practices. Provide guidance and support to team members and managers for career growth and development. Contribute to the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. Ensure a safe and compliant workplace while promoting health and wellbeing. Foster a positive culture, drive performance reviews, and improve workplace satisfaction. Advise on competitive compensation and benefit structures. Manage employment relations and ensure a harmonious work environment. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Minimum of working as a HRBP for 2 years and experience in Australian legislation. Must have worked in a professional Services Industry and similar ecosystem . Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities. High commercial acumen and practical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability in workplace investigations and resolutions. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
