About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and deliver a positive people experience across Baseline . Based in Perth and part of our national HR team, this role calls for someone who can confidently engage with and advise stakeholders to deliver best-practice HR initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Advisor will provide hands-on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate day-to-day advice and practical support in both HR and IR functions Support managers and employees in the interpretation and adherence to the Enterprise Agreement and Awards End to end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding Development and maintenance of employment contracts including any associated amendments and employee records Assist with HR and WHS compliance tasks and reporting Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes Assist with injury management requirements, including managing minor claims and overseeing the return-to-work process Essential Duties Deliver consistent, high-quality HR advice to both employees and leaders Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant Awards/Agreements Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and workplace legislation Escalate complex HR or compliance matters to senior management when required Actively contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement programs Qualifications and Experience A proactive mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within the labour hire or mining industries Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and NES, along with previous experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements Full cycle HR capability from recruitment to onboarding, learning and development, performance management and offboarding Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build effective relationship Key Skills and Attributes Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in HR documentation and reporting Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and professional approach Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence Why Join Us?
